Monthly Tuition
Tuition is due in full before the 1st of each month (on a month by month basis, payable by cash or check), or you can pay for a full semester. Please check at the front desk for your balance.
Deductions are not allowed for cancelled lessons
Lessons that fall on school closing days are not included in tuitions.
Late Charge
A fee of $35 will be charged for tuition that is not paid in full before the 1st of the month.
The student will not be allowed to take their lesson until the tuition and late charge are paid.
Bounced Check Fee
A fee of $29 will be added to the payment for any bounced checks.
Class Schedules
Lessons are scheduled on a monthly basis. To receive the maximum benefit from lessons, students are expected to take a minimum of one lesson per week. Lessons will be given at the same time each week.
Our School currently has classes scheduled on:
Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00pm
Cancellations
Our time is valuable too. There are no make up lessons or classes for absences on the part of the student. Only 24 -hours notice to the office or a doctor's note for the student is eligible for a make up lesson (only within the 1 month period) with a student's teacher or with any teacher of our school who is available for a make up to be scheduled.
We make no exceptions for lessons missed!! Private lessons missed by a teacher are rescheduled by mutual arrangement. There are NO make up lessons for missing a make up lesson.
Tardiness
Upon tardiness, the student will receive the remainder of the allowed lesson time.
School Closing Due to Snow
School closings will be reported by 2:00 p.m., on the telephone answering system. If the school is closed, the student will receive a make up lesson (not a credit) within the one month period. If it does not say the school is closed, then the lesson will be on schedule.
Summer Vacation
If you will be going on a vacation for two weeks or less, your scheduled time will be preserved. However, if you will be taking a vacation of longer than 2 weeks, you must, upon returning, pay a reinstatement fee of $20 ($25-family) and your previously scheduled time slot and teacher may not be available.
July & August summer monthly payments
Payment is due in full before the 1st of the month for the number of lessons taken that month. Any payment received after that date will incur a $35 late charge. The student will not be allowed to take their lesson until the tuition and late charge are paid.
All scheduled lessons must be taken consecutively. If a teacher cancels a lesson for any reason, it is a teacher's responsibility to provide a make up lesson.
Your cooperation in adhering to this policy will show continuous progress for the student as well as maintaining a full schedule for our teachers.
